Located in Allston, MA, the Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and vital resources to adult cancer survivors. Through our multidisciplinary approach, we offer personalized plans that include access to cardiologists, nutrition counseling, exercise consultations, and psychological support, all tailored to support your journey of living well after cancer. Whether you were treated at Dana-Farber or elsewhere, our program welcomes survivors aged 21 and older, and we strive to make care accessible through Medicaid and Medicare options, along with financial assistance for those in need.
