We understand the unique dietary needs that come with these diagnoses and provide participants with up to two months of home meal deliveries, including ten carefully crafted meals each week to ensure vital nutrition is maintained. Additionally, we offer support for family members by providing up to ten extra meals upon request, fostering a sense of community and care during challenging times. To benefit from this essential meal assistance program, individuals must verify their patient status with a physician; this can be easily done by attaching a note to the application.
