Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Winfield, KS, is a supportive initiative designed for individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This no-cost program spans over a year and is available in both English and Spanish, allowing participants to navigate their journey to better health at their own pace. Enrollees receive comprehensive resources, including six informative e-booklets tailored to their specific needs, and a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local event information. Participants who share their phone number will also have the opportunity to engage with diabetes experts during our monthly Q&A series, where they can ask questions, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and access helpful giveaways.
