Health and Wellness Coaching

Located in Winfield, KS, Stand Beside Them offers dedicated health and wellness coaching tailored specifically for veterans. Our compassionate coaches take a solution-driven and nonjudgmental approach, addressing both external and internal challenges that veterans may encounter. We provide personalized coaching sessions that focus on a variety of topics, including nutrition, weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. Understanding that distance or transportation can be hurdles, we also offer coaching through Skype or telephone to ensure access and support for all.
