Cancer Transitions

Cancer Transitions is a supportive program based in Wellington, KS, designed specifically for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed their treatment. While our primary focus is on those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey, as our services are beneficial beyond that timeframe. Our evidence-based program encompasses essential areas such as nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management guidance, all aimed at promoting holistic well-being and empowering survivors to thrive in their post-treatment life.
