Kansas SNAP-Ed is dedicated to empowering low-income residents of Wellington, KS, to embrace healthier lifestyles through accessible nutrition and physical activity education. By creating strong partnerships with local and statewide organizations, we work to transform policies and environments that encourage good health practices. Our SNAP-Ed classes are designed to help participants maximize their food benefits while enhancing their nutrition, boosting fruit and vegetable consumption, and increasing physical activity levels. Through our programs, we aim to make healthy choices the simplest and most achievable options for all those we serve.
