The Meal Support Program in Topeka, KS, is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phases of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, virtual drop-in group meals, designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nourishing food while receiving vital emotional support. With sessions available four times daily—two lunch and two dinner slots—participants can join as often as they wish to fit their schedules. Each group is led by trained nutrition practitioners currently pursuing their CNS certification through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that every meal support experience is informed and supportive. While we focus on fostering a healthy meal environment, please note that we are not a crisis support service; for those in need of immediate assistance, we recommend contacting emergency services.
