Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

Located in Scott City, KS, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing passionate individuals who are eager to become advocates for a food system that champions social, environmental, and economic justice. The fellowship offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience, empowering fellows to grow and distribute diverse crops on market-style farms, establish educational sessions in healthcare, maintain vibrant community gardens, and promote food literacy in schools. By collaborating with local non-profits, fellows can mentor future cohorts and engage in essential community food initiatives. With no tuition fees, this fellowship ensures accessibility and opportunity for all aspiring leaders in food systems. The immersive experience runs from May to October, starting with an enriching six-month residential program at the Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a year of impactful community action.
