Located in Salina, KS, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing new leaders committed to creating a food system that is just, sustainable, and accessible for all. Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, Fellows gain essential skills in organic food production, community gardening, and food literacy education. The Fellowship promotes partnerships with regional non-profits, allowing participants to actively engage in projects such as growing and distributing diverse crops, running farmers markets, and supporting community food initiatives. With no tuition fees, we strive to make this invaluable program accessible to all, preparing our Fellows to serve as educators and advocates for healthy food systems throughout the region. Applications are welcomed prior to March each year, with the fellowship running from May to October, allowing participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge within the community and help ensure everyone has access to healthy, nutritious food.
