Our mission focuses on annually screening all Veterans for obesity at VA facilities, ensuring they are connected with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. Participants can benefit from various services such as group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for personalized support right at home. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers essential tools for weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and, when necessary, bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
