Jaime Duke, LCPC, is dedicated to providing a compassionate and collaborative counseling experience for adults and elders, particularly in addressing women's issues, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. Currently on maternity leave from October 20, 2023, to January 22, 2024, Jaime has a talented counseling intern, Courtney, who is accepting new clients and offers sessions tailored for couples, individuals, and families at an affordable rate. Jaime understands that asking for help can be challenging, but believes it is a courageous step toward discovering that no one is truly alone. Her therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic and attachment theory, emphasizing the significance of relationships and the lasting effects of our past experiences. Jaime is skilled in using various therapy modalities such as Trauma Focused, EMDR, and Person-Centered techniques, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual’s needs. With a focus on equipping clients with the right tools, education, and even a bit of humor, Jaime strives to create an environment where clients can feel safe and heard, whether they have clear goals or are seeking guidance on where to begin their journey of healing.
