Outreach Services is dedicated to empowering low-income residents of Prairie Village, KS, and surrounding areas in Johnson County by providing essential support that helps them achieve self-reliance. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty through comprehensive assistance that includes utility assistance, limited rental aid, and a food pantry equipped with nonperishable items and toiletries. Additionally, we offer access to Kansas City’s Medicine Cabinet, which addresses urgent dental needs, diabetic supplies, durable medical equipment, optical services, and prescription medications. We prioritize confidentiality and individualized attention by serving clients by appointment, ensuring everyone receives the support they deserve.
