At the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) in Prairie Village, KS, we are dedicated to empowering individuals living with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and caregivers. Our Family Support team is a vital resource, providing accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a variety of services, including personalized parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, and behavior management support to help families navigate the unique challenges they face. Additionally, we assist with the application and appeals processes for essential programs like Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
