Located in Pittsburg, KS, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. Our evidence-based program is specifically designed for individuals within 24 months of finishing their treatment, although it remains a valuable resource for survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer a comprehensive approach that includes nutritional support, personalized exercise programs, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management to ensure our participants thrive during their survivorship.
