The Meal Support Program in Ottawa, KS, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together. With meal support sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedule. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all of whom are working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on recovery-oriented meal support, please note that this is not a crisis intervention service. For immediate assistance in a crisis, we encourage reaching out to the appropriate emergency resources.
