Cancer Transitions is a compassionate program based in Osage City, KS, dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. Designed specifically for those who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, our services also extend to benefit any survivor at any stage in their journey. We focus on providing essential nutritional support, tailored exercise plans, and comprehensive emotional health education, all aimed at fostering a healthy and fulfilling life post-cancer.
