MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Norton, Kansas, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Committed to serving our heroes, we screen every Veteran in our care for obesity and provide tailored referrals to weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. Our program offers an array of effective options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those who continue to face challenges after using MOVE!, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as additional avenues for support.
