Cancer Transitions

Based in Norton, Kansas, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors through a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed to support individuals who have recently completed treatment. Tailored for those within 24 months post-treatment, but beneficial to all survivors at any stage, our program focuses on crucial aspects of life after cancer. Participants gain access to nutritional support, exercise customization, and emotional health education, alongside essential guidance in medical management. We aim to foster a welcoming environment where survivors can find the resources and community they need for a healthier and more fulfilling life beyond their cancer journey.
