Lesley Hill is a compassionate therapist with extensive experience providing therapeutic services across various settings. She utilizes a strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach to care. With specialized training and certifications in attachment/trauma therapy, play therapy, and substance use/abuse, Lesley is well-equipped to support individuals facing trauma and PTSD, substance use issues, life transitions, marital and premarital challenges, depression, and anxiety. She firmly believes that the foundation of any successful therapy experience lies in the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. By viewing clients as whole individuals—mind, body, and spirit—she seeks to understand how past experiences shape present perspectives. Outside of her practice, Lesley enjoys engaging with music theater and cinema, embarking on road trips and adventurous travels, indulging in reading and cooking, and connecting with friends over the phone. Admittedly, she also finds joy in catching up on her favorite reality TV shows, including #AmazingRace, #Survivor, and #DWTS. Lesley hopes for her clients to discover, or perhaps rediscover, their inherent strength and truth, as expressed in the scripture, 'For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love, and of a sound mind.' She looks forward to supporting individuals on their personal journeys, no matter where they may be on their path today.
