Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they have access to tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that supports Veterans through in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable tools for independent weight management. Additionally, Veterans struggling with weight management may access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
