The Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program in Lindsborg, KS, is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to individuals aged 13 and older who are undergoing treatment for cancer or blood disorders. Our multidisciplinary team includes social workers, child life specialists, nutritionists, and healthcare providers focused on delivering personalized care tailored to the unique challenges faced by adolescents and young adults. We recognize the importance of family involvement and continuously seek their feedback to enhance our services. As patients transition to adult care at 21, we collaborate with adult Hematology/Oncology providers to ensure a seamless continuation of care, affirming our commitment to supporting young lives every step of the way.
