The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lindsborg, KS, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates and educators focused on creating a fair and sustainable food system. Through comprehensive training at our educational farm, this program emphasizes the principles of social, environmental, and economic justice in food production and distribution. We offer a unique opportunity for selected Fellows to engage in hands-on learning experiences that include growing and distributing diverse crops, hosting innovative health education sessions, and enhancing community gardens. The Fellowship is committed to making this impactful education accessible to all, as we do not charge tuition fees. Fellows will immerse themselves for six months in our experiential learning environment followed by a Community Action Year, where they will collaborate with local non-profits to implement their skills and knowledge. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the Fellowship experience running from May to October.
