The Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program in Liberal, KS, is committed to providing exceptional care and support to patients aged 13 and older who are undergoing treatment for cancer or blood disorders. Our dedicated team includes social workers, child life specialists, nutritionists, physicians, nurses, and research coordinators, all working collaboratively to address the unique needs of adolescents and young adults. We offer an array of services such as personalized nutrition planning, fertility counseling, and emotional support tailored specifically for this age group. As patients transition into adult care after 21, we ensure they receive continuous support by collaborating with adult Hematology and Oncology providers.
