Kansas SNAP-Ed is dedicated to empowering low-income residents of Liberal, KS, to make healthier lifestyle choices through comprehensive nutrition and physical activity education. By partnering with local and statewide organizations, we work to enhance policies, systems, and environments that promote well-being and support healthy behaviors. Our SNAP-Ed classes equip food assistance recipients with the knowledge and tools needed to improve their nutrition, increase their consumption of fruits and vegetables, and maximize their food budgets effectively.
