The Meal Support Program, based in Independence, KS, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for those at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. This welcoming program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a nurturing environment where individuals over 16 can find both nourishment and connection. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants can easily integrate these supportive meal times into their schedules. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working toward their CNS certification. While this program focuses on meal support, it is important to note that it is not intended for urgent care or crisis intervention. For immediate assistance, individuals are encouraged to reach out to crisis support services. We’re here to foster a supportive community where healing and recovery are possible, one meal at a time.
