MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Hugoton, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management solutions that reflect their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist Veterans on their weight loss journey. Additionally, our program addresses more severe weight-related issues with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who may not achieve success through standard MOVE! methods.
