MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hillsboro, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services that honor their individual needs and preferences. The program offers a variety of supportive options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact as necessary. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need additional assistance.
