Meal Support Program

Located in Hillsboro, KS, the Meal Support Program provides essential, free meal assistance specifically tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient recovery process from eating disorders. Our program features live, facilitated virtual meal support groups that create a nurturing and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutrition alongside others who understand their journey. With daily sessions scheduled twice for lunch and twice for dinner, individuals can easily fit meal support into their routines, attending as many times as necessary. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners training through the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring compassionate guidance and practical support. Please note that we focus on meal assistance rather than crisis intervention; for urgent needs, we encourage reaching out to crisis support services.
