The Meal Support Program in Hiawatha, KS, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a compassionate, virtual setting with facilitated drop-in group meals, creating a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutrition alongside others who understand their journey. With meal support sessions occurring four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as they wish, aligning with their personal schedules. All meal support is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are in the process of obtaining their CNS certification. Please note, this program is not intended for crisis situations; those in need of immediate assistance should text HEALING to 741741 or contact emergency services.
