Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Hays, KS, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a supportive virtual environment where participants can join live, facilitated group meals, allowing them to nourish their bodies while receiving essential emotional support. With four daily meal support sessions scheduled for lunch and dinner, individuals can attend as many times as they wish to fit their lifestyles. Sessions are led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. While our program focuses on meal support, we encourage those in need of crisis assistance to seek emergency help promptly. Together, we strive to foster recovery and promote a healthy relationship with food in a compassionate community.
