MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Hays, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized treatment options that cater to their unique needs and lifestyles. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer independence, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist Veterans in managing their weight on their own. Additionally, for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
