Food and Hygiene

At Catholic Charities in Goodland, KS, our Food and Hygiene program is dedicated to providing vital food assistance and personal care items to individuals facing homelessness and economic challenges. We understand that many in our community are struggling, and we are here to help. Clients who meet specific income guidelines can receive a monthly nonperishable food box, available at our Salina and Hays locations, with additional distributions for those in rural areas nearby. Additionally, each approved client can access a hygiene bag, provided every other month, containing essential items like toilet paper and laundry detergent. Our mission is to ensure that no one feels alone in their time of need, and we invite those who require support to reach out and take advantage of our services.
