Meal Support Program

Located in Girard, KS, the Meal Support Program offers crucial meal support services tailored for individuals over 16 years old who are navigating the outpatient stage of recovery from eating disorders. Our program provides free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support through live, virtual group sessions that foster a supportive environment for participants to nourish themselves. With four daily meal support sessions—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals have the flexibility to join as often as their schedule allows. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are dedicated to guiding participants in their journey toward recovery. While we prioritize comfort and understanding, we advise that those in need of crisis support contact appropriate emergency services.
