Health and Wellness Coaching

At Stand Beside Them in Girard, KS, our dedicated health and wellness coaching program offers support to veterans through a compassionate and solution-oriented approach. Our experienced coaches understand the unique challenges veterans face, addressing both external and internal issues with empathy and respect. We provide individualized coaching on vital topics such as nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-life balance, physical fitness, and spiritual wellness. Recognizing that distance or transportation can be a barrier, we also offer coaching via Skype or telephone to ensure our services are accessible to all who need them. Our mission is to empower veterans to make positive changes in their lives through supportive and practical guidance.
