MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Gardner, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring that they are referred to tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and goals. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey independently. For those who require additional assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
