Located in Gardner, KS, the Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) program is dedicated to offering tailored support for patients aged 13 and older who are undergoing treatment for cancer or blood disorders. Our compassionate team, which includes social workers, child life specialists, nutritionists, and healthcare providers, is committed to addressing the distinct needs of AYA patients during their treatment journey. We strive to create a caring environment where patient and family feedback is valued and utilized to enhance the quality of care. Services encompass clinical support, nutrition planning, fertility counseling, and specialized care from trained Child Life professionals, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive support as they transition into adult care after 21. We are here to empower young patients and their families through each step of this challenging process.
