Meal Support Program

In Garden City, KS, the Meal Support Program provides essential, free meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our unique program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving the encouragement they need. With four meal support sessions each day, including two at lunch and two at dinner, individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedule. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring a compassionate approach tailored to those in recovery.
