Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Fredonia, KS, is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, virtual drop-in group meals that create a supportive and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while gaining valuable emotional and practical support. With sessions held four times daily, including both lunch and dinner options, approved individuals can join as many meals as their schedules allow. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all of whom are on their path to becoming certified nutrition specialists. While the Meal Support Program is not crisis support or urgent care, it serves as an essential resource for anyone seeking to enhance their recovery journey.
