Located in Fredonia, KS, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to empowering individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome along with their families and care providers. Our Family Support team offers crucial resources and comprehensive assistance upon diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information and a strong network of support. We provide a wide range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management strategies. Additionally, we assist families in navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
