At Family Support in Fort Riley, KS, we are dedicated to empowering families and individuals affected by Prader-Willi syndrome. Our mission is to provide vital information, compassionate assistance, and comprehensive resources right when they are needed most. We offer a range of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support, ensuring families feel informed and supported throughout their journey. Additionally, we help families navigate the complexities of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). We invite those in need of support to connect with us through our local chapter or find community through our Facebook Support Groups, as we work together to enhance the lives of individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their loved ones.
