Located in Fort Riley, KS, Cancer Transitions offers a compassionate and evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. While our primary focus is on individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, we welcome participants at any stage of their survivorship journey. Our comprehensive program encompasses vital services such as nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management guidance, all aimed at empowering survivors to enhance their quality of life and navigate their post-treatment challenges with confidence and care.
