Food Bank

Located in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources. We offer a variety of crucial supplies that include food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment tailored to meet the needs of low-income individuals who face swallowing challenges. Our mission is to ensure that those who struggle with dysphagia have access to the necessary tools and nourishment they require to thrive.
