MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Emporia, KS, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support that empowers Veterans to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Each year, we screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with appropriate weight management options. Our services include engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management or explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options if they continue to face challenges.
