Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Emporia, KS, is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to become advocates for a fair and sustainable food system. Through this innovative program, Fellows are immersed in hands-on learning at our Farm Campus, engaging in organic food system education and practical applications that lead to positive community impact. Participants grow and distribute diverse crops, implement health education sessions, and promote food and ecological literacy in local schools. Additionally, they support farmers markets and develop programs to enhance access to nutritious food. By fostering partnerships with regional non-profit organizations, our Fellows embark on a transformative journey that includes a six-month intensive training followed by a Community Action Year.
