Kansas SNAP-Ed is dedicated to empowering low-income families in El Dorado, KS, by making healthy choices more accessible through comprehensive nutrition and physical activity education. Our mission is to partner with local and statewide organizations to enhance policies and environments that promote healthier lifestyles. Through engaging SNAP-Ed classes, we guide benefits recipients in making meaningful changes that lead to improved nutrition, increased fruit and vegetable consumption, and higher levels of physical activity, all while maximizing their food dollars.
