Located in El Dorado, Kansas, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed to support cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. Aimed primarily at those within 24 months of finishing their treatment, our services are beneficial for survivors at any point in their journey. We offer a comprehensive approach that includes nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management guidance, ensuring that every participant receives the holistic care they need to thrive in their survivorship.
