Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Dodge City, KS, is dedicated to training and empowering passionate individuals to become advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Through an immersive six-month program at our facility, Fellows gain hands-on experience in organic farming, food education, and community engagement. Our mission is rooted in social, environmental, and economic justice, and we are committed to making our Fellowship accessible by not charging tuition. Participants will engage in diverse activities, from growing and distributing crops on a market-style farm to teaching food literacy in schools and supporting local farmers' markets. Following their training, Fellows enter a Community Action Year where they collaborate with regional non-profit organizations, putting their skills into practice to enhance food systems within their communities. Applications are welcomed until March each year, with the program running from May to October.
