Outreach Services is dedicated to empowering low-income residents of Johnson County, Kansas, by providing comprehensive support that fosters self-sufficiency. Our Multi-Service Outreach Centers are a vital safety net, offering essential services such as utility assistance, limited rental support in select areas, and a food pantry stocked with nonperishable items and toiletries. We are also proud to offer Kansas City’s Medicine Cabinet, which addresses urgent health needs including dental emergencies, diabetic supplies, durable medical equipment, and prescription assistance. We invite those in need to reach out for support – our committed staff will guide you through the process, ensuring you receive personalized service in a confidential setting.
