Food Bank

Located in Concordia, Kansas, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia, ensuring they have access to critical resources for their nutritional needs. Our mission is to support low-income individuals by offering specialized items such as thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We understand the urgent need for these services and strive to create a welcoming environment where those in need can find the support they require to enhance their quality of life.
