Food Bank

Located in Clay Center, KS, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support for individuals with dysphagia, particularly those with low income. Through our compassionate services, we offer a variety of resources, including thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all designed to enhance the nutritional and health needs of our community.
